Please be informed that floor waxing will be conducted from 5 PM to 7 AM on different days; the schedule is as follows:
6th Floor: August 20th, for the public area of CBME; 21st, the rest of CBME such as benches, labs, the student room, and study areas.
5th Floor: August 28th, CBME related area
Important Notices and Cooperation Guidelines
1. Please secure and take away your valuable items, instruments, and fragile items.
2. Please relocate items and equipment from the floor to higher places or move them to non-waxing areas. Items and equipment placed in these areas will not be waxed.
3. Please leave the door open if you want some specific places to be cleaned. The cleaning staff will not be given access card in case of any safety considerations. If you don't need the cleaning service, please lock the door.
4. Non-waxing areas will not be re-waxed. Additional charges will apply for any requested re-waxing.
5. Do not enter the work area during the waxing period to avoid falls, injuries, or other accidents.
